How do I sign in?
Enter your phone number to get a 6-digit code by SMS, or tap "Use email instead" to sign in with an email and password.
Which exams does Speak French prepare me for?
Speak French focuses on the speaking (Expression Orale) part of the TEF Canada and TCF Canada exams, with mock exams that give a CLB/NCLC estimate and examiner-style feedback.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the app store. Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account (Android) or App Store account (iOS) → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. You can also visit speakfrench.app/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and removes your practice data.
The microphone isn't working.
Speak French needs microphone permission for voice practice. Enable it in your device Settings → Speak French → Microphone, then reopen the app. A stable internet connection is also required for live conversations.
