Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Speak French account and all your data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open Speak French and sign in.
Go to Settings (in the menu).
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

What gets deleted

Your account and all associated personal data are permanently removed, including your profile, practice sessions and transcripts, progress and streaks, exam results, vocabulary/coaching data, and device tokens. This cannot be undone. We may retain limited records only where required for legal or accounting reasons.

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS) account → Subscriptions.
